The video has Scott Hibbard, the General Director, speaking in English as well as Dr. Carlos Montafur, the Chair of the Board of Trustees speaking in Spanish (both gentleman are bilingual, Scott is from Portland, Maine and Carlos did his undergrad at Notre Dame). Note that the signs in the classroom (on posters) are all in English (as noted, this is an English speaking school).
